Intertrochanteric fracture：股骨转子间骨折，指发生在股骨近端、位于大转子与小转子之间（转子间区）的骨折，常见于跌倒后髋部受力，尤其多见于老年人（常与骨质疏松相关）。该术语也可泛指“转子间/转子周围骨折”范畴中的常见类型（临床上还会进一步按稳定性、骨折线形态等分型）。
